Fence Posts - Qiaoshi Wire Mesh Factory
Fence Posts are made for durability. The two inch square tube with .120 wall (approximately 11-gauge) is powder-coat processed to ensure a hard finish. We offers two post options: 1. Set the post two feet in the ground or 2. Secure the post with mounting plate to concrete pad or footing. Mounting plate includes four pre-drilled holes for 3/8" bolts. Panels can be easily cut to fill a smaller opening or it stair-stepping down a hill. Panel to post connectors slide into horizontal top and bottom panel rails for easy attachment. The self drilling screws secure the panel to the post. (When cutting a panel, panel to post connectors are required). Optional decorative caps are available to enhance the overall look. Security screws are also available.

Our stainless steel wire mesh products are generally made of stainless steel Type 302,304,304L,316,316L,321 and 430 etc. We produce wire cloth in all kinds of forms. The weaving is determined according to our customers’ specific requirements,Gabion Mattress Gabion,Reno Mattress, such as the material, the wire diameter,fence post, the size of the mesh , width and length.
Plain weave: Each weft wire passes over one and under one warp wire, and each warp wire passes over one and under one weft wire, every weft wire have and warp wire the same diameter.
Characteristics: square aperture ,high flow through , relative high open area, as result less pressure drop during filtration suitable for all kinds of filtration up to 63 µm.
Characteristics: ”zero”—aperture, more solid than square or rectangular mesh, relative high open area,fence post Military Barriers,Hesco Bastions, suitable for all kinds of filtration.
Twill weave: Each weft wire passes over two and under two warp wires, and each warp wire passes over and under two weft wires. The wire diameter for both(warp and weft)is mostly the same.
Characteristics: square aperture, less rigid than plain weave, especially suitable for deforming, strong wire cloth due to ratio of wire diameter and aperture, it is mostly used for filtration less than 63 μm .
Dutch twilled weave: Each warp wire and each weft wire passes over and under the next two adjacent complementary wires, as in a normal Twill Weave, except the warp wires are larger in diameter than the weft wires. This allows a greater mesh count in the weft direction. This weave pattern enables the weft wires to be woven more densely,gabions Expanded Metal Mesh, and much smaller aperture sizes can be achieved without forsaking cloth thickness.
Characteristics: ”zero” aperture, light-proof woven, high resistance due to tight wire position,hesco bastion, extreme low absolute grade of fineness(down to 5-6μm),high filtration performance in case of low viscose medium, it is the finest filtration in hydraulic systems, especially for critical applications as aero-space, fuel-and combustion.
